Exclusive combo pack! Includes Barnel USA Z555P2 7.5-to-19 foot telescoping aluminum extension pole and Z558+S 17" Professional Serrated Pole Saw Blade. Includes ABS sheath for storage. Arborist, landscape and horticulture professionals will appreciate the lasting quality and performance from this Barnel pole saw blade. Features a 17" curved Tri-Edge serrated blade and integrated pole adapter. 5.5mm aggressive pitch and and heavier gauge 1.8mm blade thickness is ideal for arborists who require a sturdier blade. Hollow ground, laser impulse hardened teeth maintain razor-sharp performance and never need sharpening. The blade is made from SK4 Japanese high-carbon samurai sword steel with a hard chrome protective finish.
Included Z555P2 telescoping aluminum pole is designed exclusively to fit Barnel professional products and accessories. Pole features a 3-stage extruded aircraft alloy aluminum pole with comfortable TPR grip.

So I bought this for my husband. We live in Florida and have both Palm and Oak trees in our yard. It does seem expensive but we were tired of hiring tree trimmers and thought if we bought one of these and did it ourselves it would be worth it. So far it has been. It actually reminds me of when we bought hair clippers and stopped paying for hairstylists and barbers. Now we just do it ourselves. I think it came out to around 300 after shipping but tree trimming her is like 150 per service so this thing should pay itself off after a few months. He's also happy because apparently you can buy just saw blades so whenever we need to replace the blade we can just buy one. It's also sharp.

This thing is HANDY! I always wait a couple of months to review a tool like this to see how durable it is. I use this to do my yard and I hate getting on a ladder. Plus I have to take the ladder out of my garage and move it around the yard. Now, I just walk around the yard with the pole saw. This thing reaches high up. Anything above 20ft is not a job for me anyway. I did some of the branches hanging over my roof and what I like is I can extend the pole, then go upstairs and get on my roof, and then grab the pole saw from the roof because I already extended it and it reaches so high! My roof is about 17ft off the ground so when this thing is fully extended I'm getting like 30ft off the ground. Saw has been really sharp. It's definitely not a toy and not something to be left around kids.
